Construction
Our construction team includes some of the most talented and experienced craftsmen in the region, and they’re passionate about building new structures for our clients.
Even during the sales process and initial site visit, our construction team members get involved to contribute their ideas and expertise. This is the best way to make sure there are no surprises when a job is approved for building and shovels are ready to dig.
Even beyond framing and finishing, here are three important aspects of our construction team that help make our projects successful.
Dedicated Project Managers
Each of our jobs is assigned a dedicated project manager who is responsible for the success of your project from start to finish. This means that you’ll have a single point of contact for meetings, timelines and updates. Over the course of your project, your project manager will communicate efficiently and will collaborate with you to solve any issues that may arise on the jobsite.
Experienced Craftsmen
With 30-plus years of experience building throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, our laborers, carpenters, roofers, electricians and other tradesmen bring a wealth of expertise to every project. They’ll sweat every detail to make sure your project meets the highest quality standards – from nailing patterns to cross bracing to hurricane strapping – they’ll make sure your structure is built right.
Strong Support Team
Even beyond the crews in the field swinging hammers and finishing drywall, our back-office staff is what keeps our business running smoothly. From specifying materials to coordinating schedules to organizing blueprints, our office team is the foundation that allows our carpenters and craftsmen to work at their best. It also means your project will be organized from start to finish, with minimal disruption or surprises along the way.
