Zero Punchlist Guarantee
Our Zero Punchlist Guarantee means that we won’t finish a job until the building is on spec, and every last detail is complete to your satisfaction.
Throughout the construction process, our team of professional project managers and site supervisors will communicate on status and timing, answer your questions and make sure your job runs smoothly. They’ll oversee tradesmen, double check quality standards, and make sure that no detail is overlooked.
We’ll communicate with you throughout the project to note and agree upon any items that need to be addressed. Then we will take care of all punchlist items before the project comes to a close to ensure that our scope of work is complete and you are happy with the end result. We promise that we’re not done until 100% of our work for you is complete to your satisfaction.
2-Year-Plus Warranty
Many builders offer a one-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship because that’s what is required by law. At Conestoga, however, we’re proud to go above and beyond the bare minimum.
With our two-year warranty, you can trust that we’re going to build your building right the first time so that there are not issues down the road. In certain instances, we’ve even been known to provide fixes beyond the two years if that’s when the issue reveals itself.
The reason we can do this is that we don’t use the cheapest materials or least expensive labor. In fact, our decades of building have taught us that quality materials and long-term partnerships with experienced craftsmen make all the difference when it comes to building a quality structure.
