To Whom It May Concern:

In the spring of 2005 Driftwood RV chose Conestoga Buildings to construct a 30x60 storage building.  Although it was a simple project CB Structures handled the details professionally.  Later that year Driftwood RV began the process of picking a contractor for its new 20,000 square foot steel dealership building.  Shortly after the process began steel prices rose sharply causing us to consider the post frame construction option.

Again we talked to Conestoga Buildings regarding our needs.  Realizing that post frame construction wouldn’t allow us to construct a building 100’ x 180’ with a 22’ eve the owner Edson Robertson put CB Structure designers to the test by asking them to create the RV facility by combining three buildings and adding a lean too to the front and side.  The primary building would have a 22’ eve allowing for a 2,400 sf mezzanine.  We were pleasantly surprised at CB’s flexibility and eagerness to accommodate our needs.

After many design changes and plan amendments we came to an agreement.  With creative suggestions from CB and many on-site meetings Driftwood RV now has what we feel is one of the most attractive dealership facilities in the country.  The Conestoga Buildings organization has a lot to be proud of from top to bottom when it
Comes to this project.  I’m not sure that had we chose a different company we would be as happy today, and I’m certain that if we had went through with building a “big metal box” that we would be unsatisfied.

Thanks Conestoga!  And a special thanks to your construction team, they really cared about our building and how it came out.

Very Truly,
