We wish to express our thanks and appreciation for your execution of the contract and construction of the hobby/storage barn on our property.  Through all of the phases of the project, dealing with your firm has been a pleasure.

Dennis Spock was our primary interface with Conestoga.  Throughout all of our discussions he has been responsive and helpful from the early stages of design and selection and through the coordination of the building activity.  He has continued to maintain contact to answer our questions and to make sure that we were satisfied with all of the accomplishments during the construction.

Your construction crews led by Luke and Chad were outstanding.  I was particularly impressed by the pride they exhibited in their work and their attention to details to assure the quality of the construction.  They took the time to do it right, and corrected what was not.  It was truly a pleasure to watch the building take shape each day as they made progress.

We are also very pleased with the attractiveness of the final design.  The barn will be used for hobby and storage purposes, but the geometry and the layout can easily be transformed onto stalls for horses should it be desired in the future.

The quality of materials that Conestoga provided has been very high.  Much of the internal construction, beams, rafters, and framing are visible after completion.  The quality of the materials used, and particularly the precision of the joinery at the intersections is immediately apparent and we are very proud to show the building to family and friends.

Our experience with Conestoga has been a fine example of how construction projects should be accomplished.  We will not hesitate to recommend Conestoga to anyone who has a need for a facility that you can provide.
