How very exciting to know that our Conestoga garage is being considered for your competition this year.  Of course, my husband and I think it’s the most wonderful garage we’ve ever seen.  It complements our home beautifully, and will probably outlast us all!  I waited five years for this to happen. It was well worth the wait.
           
You and your staff were absolutely the best fro the very beginning of this project.  We had met with several other builders before we “stumbled” upon C B Structures.  We wanted our garage to complement our cedar and stone barn.  Since this was as important to me as the quality of the structure, it would also make this building a bit unusual.  You were going to have to “think outside the box” on this one.  You were very patient in listening to our needs and desires.  No matter how trivial a concern or seemingly “silly” a question, you and your staff were always willing to help us reach a satisfactory solution.  We chose the right man and company for the project.  In the end, our garage is all that we had hoped for and more.
           
As for your construction crews that made this happen, I think they all deserved a raise!  I work in customer service.  I expect excellent customer service, however, I am often disappointed.  Not this time.  Without exception every person who had a hand in building this garage was a craftsman with an exceptional work ethic.  It was a joy to watch them.  From the crew that set the poles when the mud was knee deep to the carpenter who trimmed the windows and doors so perfectly.  They really worked as a team and always seemed to enjoy what they were doing.  They should be proud of what they have created.
           
Without exception, every person that sees our new garage-whether a friend or family member, the meter reader, the UPS driver-comments on what a beautiful building it is.  Even the county building inspector expressed his admiration for not only how well-built your structures are, but also how attractive this one is with the patina green roof, the board and batten cedar siding, the carriage doors, and the stone trim.
           
A satisfied customer is your best advertisement.  I have and will continue to recommend CB Structures/Conestoga Buildings to anyone who’s listening.  Many thanks to you, Jim, and your entire staff for your hard work and commitment to producing an excellent product.  You should all be very proud of your efforts.  A gold star and A+ to all of you!
